My Services
Individual Therapy in Colorado
One-on-one counseling rooted in compassion, collaboration, and social justice.
Available in-person in Loveland, CO or via secure online therapy across Colorado.
I believe therapy doesn’t happen in a vacuum — our lives are shaped by systems, cultures, and histories that can both support and harm us. In our work together, we’ll look not only at your personal experiences but also at the broader context you live in. My goal is to honor your identity, acknowledge the impact of oppression and marginalization, and create a space where all parts of you feel seen and valued.
I draw from person-centered, narrative, existential, parts work, and ACT approaches, always centering you as the expert in your own life. Together, we’ll explore your story, build on your strengths, and work toward the changes that feel most meaningful to you.
Specialties
I work with adults from all walks of life, but my practice is especially focused on supporting:
Neurodivergent adults — including ADHD, autism, giftedness and other ways of thinking and processing. Together, we can explore how your brain works best, build self-understanding, and create strategies that honor your unique strengths.
LGBTQ2SAI+ individuals — a safe, affirming space to explore identity, relationships, and life experiences without judgment.
Life transitions — whether it’s a new job, move, graduation, ending a relationship, or any big shift, we can process the change and find your footing again.
Anxiety and stress — learn tools to manage overwhelm, navigate uncertainty, and find a calmer way forward.
Depression and low mood — support for feelings of heaviness, emptiness, or disconnection from meaning. Together, we can explore how depression intersects with identity, purpose, and lived experience, while gently cultivating self-compassion and ways of living that feel more aligned and sustaining.
Relationship challenges — improve communication, deepen connection, and better understand patterns in your relationships. (I am supportive of alternative relationship structures.)
When life feels meaningless — a supportive space to explore feelings of hopelessness, existential uncertainty, and disconnection, while slowly reconnecting with what feels authentic and true for you.
Healing from trauma — a supportive space to process past experiences, understand their impact, and build resilience for the future.
Chronic illness and disability — compassionate support for navigating the emotional and practical challenges of living with ongoing health conditions while honoring your body’s needs and limits.
