Out-Of-Network Benefits
Many insurance plans offer what are called 'out-of-network benefits,' which can cover a portion of your therapy sessions. If you have an insurance other than those I am in network with, you may still receive reimbursement for our sessions, reducing your out-of-pocket cost even up to 80%. Fees
Cost per Session
Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes) cost $150. Payment is due the day of service and can be made via credit card, cash, HSA or FSA card.
Sliding Scale
I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Ask for more information.
Office Policies
Payment
Pre-session deposits are NOT required, but clients are required to have a credit/debit card on file. Payments are due on the day of service.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
I ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellation. This can be done via text, phone or email. After one freebie, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice given will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (or half of the amount of sliding scale).
