About Chloë

Hi, I’m Chloë Scruggs (she/they), and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado with a Master’s in Counseling from Bradley University. My work is grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life, and that therapy works best when it’s a collaborative, compassionate partnership.

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients, LGBTQ individuals, and anyone navigating major life transitions, anxiety, or relationship challenges. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with seeing and experiencing the world differently. My approach blends person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, existential exploration, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to help you connect with your story, your values, and the relationships that matter most.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be your authentic self—free from judgment, full of curiosity, and open to growth. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, uncover your own insights, and work toward the changes you want in your life.

Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me at home with my partner and our two cats, playing board games, reading a good book, or painting. I believe that creativity, connection, and rest are just as important for mental health as any technique I bring into our sessions.

If you’re ready to start your journey toward greater self-understanding and acceptance, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
